Terms of Service

Welcome to Lixum Agency. By accessing our website or using our automation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Engagement and Services

Lixum is the trading name of AML Konverzija, Aleksander Malis s.p., registered in 3310 Žalec, Slovenia (registration number 8797153000, VAT ID SI33059977). We provide business automation consulting, custom software and AI development, and workflow engineering. Any engagement is governed by the written proposal or statement of work for that project; where it conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence.

2. AI Advisory and "As-Is" Nature

Where we give you an estimate before a project starts, a saving, a timeline, a scope, it is a projection from the information available at the time, not a promise.

  • No Guarantee: Automation outcomes and ROI projections are estimations. Actual results may vary based on market conditions and internal implementation.
  • Non-Legal Advice: Any operational or strategic advice provided by our AI or consultants does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
  • Model Behavior: You acknowledge that AI models may occasionally produce unexpected outputs or "hallucinations." Lixum is not responsible for decisions made based on these outputs.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Tools: All proprietary AI frameworks, website code, and branding remain the exclusive property of Lixum Agency.
Your Solutions: Upon full payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the custom automation workflows we deploy specifically for your business.

4. User Responsibilities

To ensure a successful partnership, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate data for the AI audit and optimization phases.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, jailbreak, or maliciously exploit our AI infrastructure.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any project blueprints or proprietary methodologies shared during the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lixum Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, AI output inaccuracies, or failures at providers we depend on, such as our hosting, Cloudflare, Google Firebase or Calendly.

6. Data Security and Confidentiality

We treat your business logic as highly confidential. While we use industry-standard security (see our Privacy Policy), you are responsible for securing the internal credentials and access keys provided for your automation systems.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend access to our proprietary tools or terminate service agreements if these terms are violated, particularly regarding the misuse of our AI infrastructure.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction over our registered seat in Žalec. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to bring proceedings where you live, or any protection given to you by law that cannot be set aside by agreement.
